Hi! First off, thank you for visiting my blog! I've been blogging since 2012 but I recently had an epiphany about how I could make my blog more fun for me - and hopefully for readers!
On to introducing le self.
My name is Anouk, I was born on the 25th of April in 1992 and I live in a small house with my roommate in Zaandam - a city near Amsterdam. I earned my Bachelors degree in music(al theatre) in 2013 and I've been trying to get in the business ever since.
What I will be sharing are:
- My thoughts on life - and believe me, I have plenty!
- My recipes - as a self proclaimed foodie I like to experiment, not always successfully I might add
- My writings! - I'm a writer by heart, it is just something I've always done for fun
- My voice - as a Bachelor of Music one has to prove what one is worth
- My sports - running races, doing fitness at home in my little attic room and staying in shape
- My attempts on everything I haven't yet mastered!
That is me in a nutshell.
There is still one thing left to explain, why would a Dutch girl write her blog in English? Do I have family abroad? Nope, none whatsoever, not that I know of. I've just had a weird obsession with the language for as long as I can remember - those who know me will agree.
